Welcome to RaboProRide training programmes.
Developed in conjunction with the Rabobank Pro Cycling in the Netherlands, RaboProRide training programmes have been designed with the beginner- intermediate rider in mind. Choose the discipline you're training for, enter your target distance (up to 80km), and you'll be provided with a training schedule based on your goals. You can log your training in your 'logbook', with your programme being modified to adapt to your progress. You can even choose the days you want to train or shift a training day from week to week. Whilst not essential it is recommended that you train with a heart monitor.

Regular exercise improves your physical condition through improved functioning of the heart, lungs, circultation and muscles. Cycling is one of the best, healthiest ways to work on improving your physical condition - the stress on your bones, ligaments and muscles is not too large. And an big advantage of cycling is that you can travel relatively large distances so you are able to discover new neighbourhoods, areas and experiences.
Register for the Cycle U Fit programYou can work on your condition, even with a touring bicycle. The only requirement is that you have a minimum of five gears. The advantages of training on your bicycle is that you can combine it with many social activities. You can arrange to see friends and families and cycle there. This program allows you to train either two, three or four times a week. You will be fitter and will feel fitter in just six weeks, getting more pleasure out of cycling.
Register for the touring cycling programMountain biking has built up a large amount of fans in a realtively small amount of time. It's not that strange when you think about it. It means that you can work on your condition whilst in the middle of nature. the fact that you relatively easily change the kind of training you do adds a different dimension to mountain biking. This program will help you not only to improve your condition, but to improve your technique as well.
Register for the mountain bike programSeriously working on your condition by training on a racing bike has many advantages. It is healthy and you put less stress on your joints than with running, for example. With this program it is possible to substantially improve your condition and cycling speed in six weeks. If you have a racing bike, you can get started immediately! And if you have a heart rate monitor, you can train even more effectively!
Register for the race bike programSprinting is a special discipline. Successful sprinters can exert a lot of force over a short time period. In other words, they can develop a great deal of anaerobic strength. This training program will help you become faster. Naturally, strategy and insight also play a big role: knowing how to position yourself, sprinting at the right moment, enlisting the help of teammates, etc.
